Large and bright 90sqm open space, with independent entrance, garden and private parking, located on the ground floor of a villa in the north of Catania, just 15 minutes by car from the historic center.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts, including: unlimited wi-fi, air conditioning, TV.
The neighborhood is residential and peaceful. The location is very convenient both to reach the center (bus stop n ° 722 just 2min walk), and to exit the city in the direction of Etna / beaches.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.
The apartment is located in a residential area, quiet and convenient for moving both towards the city center and towards Etna / beaches.
In about 15 minutes by car you can reach the historic center, where we recommend you to park in one of the garages near Villa Bellini. From here, in a few minutes on foot you can easily visit all the main points of interest in the center: Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic neighborhood market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, the Vincenzo Bellini opera house and the homonymous garden.
Walking through the streets of the city you come across numerous bars, restaurants, bars and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of the region.
In the neighborhood you can find all the necessary comforts during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars.
-From the airport you can reach the apartment:
1) Thanks to the Alibus transport with stop via Dusmet + Bus n ° 530 to the V. le Marco Polo 50 stop (one minute walk from the apartment). Total about 1 hour.
2) By car: about 25/30 min
-From the Central Station: line 628D, until the Duca degli Abruzzi 263 stop, 4 minutes walk (400m) from the apartment.
-For those traveling by car: The villa has a private parking space (in the garden).
If you want to reach the center by car, consider that different areas of the center are ZTL, accessible only for loading / unloading. There is the possibility of paid street parking (blue stripes).
