Summary: In order to give understandable feedback, we have to differentiate something in the feedback: General Location: Visnjan is perfectly located to start trips to Porec, Rovinj, Umag, etc. and you have short ways to grocerie stores (Kaufland, Lidl, Mueller, etc.); furthermore you have a bakery and Studenac which are located only a few hundred meters away from the house. Location within Visnjan: the description does not tell you that the house is directly located at a street with high traffic volume from Mon - Fri; furthermore it is not mentioned that a kindergarten is next to the property. So someone who is really looking for silence will be disappointed and maybe annoyed. The house itself is furnished with high standard interior. But now the "little things" come with it. We stayed with eleven people and the big refrigerator was broken when we arrived. It should be prepared two days after our arrival which would have been acceptable to us but at the end it took ten (10!) days. So instead of buying for 3-4 days we had to drive every day to buy groceries; In addition air condition was broken for 8 out of 14 days; the janitor was sent to repair the air condition but it worked only for 1-2 days. Fly screens are not installed at the windows, therefor we were not able to open the windows during the night. Nevertheless we made the best of the situation Conclusion: nice house but not fully correct description, reaction of the owner was not as you would expect when renting this house
