I've grown up spending 4 months every year in this house.
For me and my brothers this has meant extreme freedom, since we were 5/6 years old, for example of coming and going from the beach (NO road to cross), it has been wonderfull!
The villa has an inside of 140sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big open area with kitchen, fully equipped, dining and resting corners. Even during winter it's beautifull to look from the windows the sea and the Eolian Islands in front of you.
The terrace, all alround the house, offers an astonishing view that goes from Capo Milazzo to Capo Tindarys. Belive me, once you'll be here, especially for the SUNSET, you will not want to move.
At less than 10 minutes walk there is Calderà center, where you'll find a little supermarket, post office, pharmacy, bars and a nice playground by the sea.
