A pochi metri dal centro e da tutte le principali attività e servizi, Market, bar, ristoranti, panificio, pizzerie, edicola, piazzetta, gelaterie, area giochi bimbi. L'ottima posizione vi consentirà di evitare l'uso dell'auto e raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro a piedi.
Casa è ristrutturata, tutto all'interno è nuovo. Abbiamo scelto di arredarla con colori rilassanti bianco, legno chiaro e celeste e di creare un ambiente comodo e funzionale. Ogni scelta è stata pensata per ospitarvi al meglio e rendere più felice la vostra vacanza.
La casa è così composta:
-Soggiorno con un caratteristico soffitto di travi in legno, divano 3posti, TV Satellitare 42", tavolo 8 posti, climatizzatore ed una grande vetrata scorrevole che unisce l'interno con l'esterno.
-Cucina componibile con forno e microonde, macchina per espresso e cappuccino, tostapane, calici per il vino, biancheria da tavola e tutto il necessario.
-Camera letto matrimoniale, dove si può posizionare su richiesta una culla per bambini, dotata di ventilatore a pale sul soffitto e zanzariera.
-Camera letto a castello trasformabile in matrimoniale con letto estraibile, zanzariera e climatizzatore.
-Bagno con box doccia, asciugacapelli, e Kit di pronto soccorso.
-Zona lavanderia con lavatrice, stendibiancheria e mollette.
-Giardino privato con prato verde, recintato in muratura e aiuole alte per garantire la vostra privacy. Organizzato per stare piacevolmente all'aperto con due pergole, una con il salottino per esterni dove stare in relax, l'altra con un grande tavolo in legno per le colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre fronte mare.
Potrete utilizzare la doccia esterna al rientro dalla spiaggia ed il barbecue la sera per delle gustose grigliate di carne o pesce con un buon bicchiere di vino.
