The apartment, on the mezzanine floor of a house, enjoys a romantic courtyard furnished with table and chairs and a private parking space. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table, and a detached kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything you could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name comes from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
