Second floor flat of the villa, approx. 54 sqm, consists of the following rooms: an air-conditioned living/dining room, flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for two persons; a bedroom (next to the living room) with a double bed and a large fan; a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of plates and glasses, milk cups, tea, coffee, plenty of cutlery, table cloths, pots and pans and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board. The flat is heated by an autonomous methane gas system and cooled by an air-conditioner located in the dining room, which is the central room of the flat. The house is very ventilated but, if it is 40 degrees outside, you lock yourself in and turn on the air-conditioner.
