7 Bedroom Villa in Alcamo

Magnificent two-story villa that can accommodate up to 18 people. Ideal for large groups of friends or large families.
On the ground floor there is the tastefully furnished and newly built accommodation.
The house is fenced and consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.
There are also two bathrooms with shower cubicles.
Full and well equipped kitchen
The house on the first floor can comfortably accommodate 8 + 2 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a gym area (convertible into another bedroom with 2 beds), a kitchen with gas hob. Each bedroom is equipped with roof blades but in the living room there is an air conditioner to cool the whole house on the hottest days.
Outside there is a large and comfortable heated swimming pool (8x4 m - 1,30m) for the exclusive use of our guests equipped with every comfort and furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Next to the pool there is also a shower heated by solar panels.
The owners live in a mini apartment at the back, they are very discreet people. They live there to ensure good maintenance of the villa and the swimming pool so that customers can spend a wonderful and peaceful holiday.
The villa is located in the Alcamo area about 6 km from the golden sandy beach of Castellammare Del Golfo.
DURING THE LOW SEASON (FROM 01/10 TO 31/05 EACH YEAR) YOU WILL PAY €40 PER DAY FOR THE HEATING OF THE POOL. THE SERVICE MUST BE REQUESTED ONE WEEK BEFORE CHECK-IN.
