Panoramic villa Bonifato : between the countryside, the mountains, the city and the sea Newly built villa located on the southern side of the city of Alcamo, 15 minutes from the nearest beach of Alcamo Marina, adjacent to the Bosco d'Alcamo Oriented Nature Reserve, from where one can admire the southern side of the reserve as well as the summit of Mount Bonifato with the remains of the Ventimiglia castle and the Gulf of Castellamare. The residence is set in a 10,000 square metre estate, cultivated with vineyards, olive groves, orchards and has a small wood.

The villa is located at the foot of the Mount Bonifato Nature Reserve, where there is an adventure park, a set of trails suspended at different heights from the ground, installed in tall trees, among which users can move freely, previously instructed and equipped with a safety device similar to that used in mountaineering (harness, carabiners, pulley). It is also possible to walk along the woodland paths and take guided hikes along the paths of the Nature Reserve to discover the ancient traces of the settlement on Alcamo's Mount Bonifato. The residence is a couple of kilometres from all services (supermarkets, pharmacy, bar, tobacconist and newspapers), about 11 km from the beach at Alcamo Marina, 7 km from the A29 motorway junction, 40 km from Palermo airport and 50 km from Trapani airport.
The area is at the epicentre of renowned tourist resorts, Castellamare del Golfo with its marina, Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve, Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Trapani with its embarkation for the Egadi Islands and Pantelleria.
