Il Baglio è provvisto di 2 tettoie esterne, di una zona forno ed è arredato con tavoli, sedie, panche,ombrelloni, amache e sdraio. Inoltre ad uso esclusivo piscina interrata (10,5x5 metri), docce esterne, barbecue, forno a legna e parcheggio auto...
Il caseggiato è immerso in un rigoglioso giardino di limoni all'interno della riserva naturale di Cava Grande del Cassibile. Alle pendici dei monti Iblei e a 2,5 Km dal mar Jonio. La zona è molto ambita soprattutto per i suoi fondali cristallini ed incontaminati. La spiaggia di sabbia è conosciuta come "Pineta del Gelsomineto" detta anche" La Marchesa" e confina con una bellissima scogliera. Qui sfocia il Cassibile, il fiume dei famosi laghetti di Cavagrande.

L'ubicazione risulta straordinaria. La Località è conosciuta per le sue lunghe spiagge di sabbia bianca e per il suo mare pulito e cristallino, che ogni anno vanta 5 Vele da parte di Lega Ambiente . La zona dal punto di vista culturale ed enogastronomico è molto rinomata ed, inoltre, si trova al centro dei Siti Unesco del Val di Noto ed è ricca di Riserve Naturali ( Vendicari, Cavagrande, Ciane, Pantalica).
