Designed with passion by the Owner and located on an area of 3 hectares, the Villa was completed in 2021 in full compliance with green building regulations and using the most advanced and sustainable techniques available.
Built with meticulous attention to architecture, the Villa is refined and scenic, especially thanks to the majestic Modica stone walls that integrate harmoniously into the structure and the exposure to natural light from all cardinal points, allowing you to enjoy magnificent sunrises and spectacular sunsets.
Located on the Acropolis of Monte Aquilone, it offers an extraordinary panorama of the Iblei Mountains, providing a breathtaking sea view. It is a suggestive and fascinating place, immersed in the Sicilian countryside, ideal for spending relaxing holidays in harmony with nature and for long walks along paths that start directly from the property.
The cool and well-equipped veranda, made with artisan mastery in natural stone and with the ancient dry stone wall techniques, offers the possibility of dining outdoors or enjoying moments of tranquility and privacy. The swimming pool, equipped with an internal staircase for easy access, has a maximum depth of 150 cm, making it safe even for children. Its use is exclusive for guests. In the surrounding gardens, you will find a bathroom-changing room with shower, toilet and sink for the solarium and the swimming pool.
The kitchen, with prestigious furnishings, is equipped with all modern appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, etc. An extendable table can accommodate up to 10 guests. An additional bathroom serves the living area.
The three double bedrooms, furnished in a simple but modern style, are served by a second bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests.
The swimming pool and solarium area offers an extraordinary panoramic view of the entire region, overlooking the sea and the city of Avola. It is also possible to clearly admire the island of Capo Passero, the historic city of Noto, Pachino, Pozzallo and Marina di Ragusa.
In the area in front of the villa, a fantastic swimming pool dominates, surrounded by a spacious solarium equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers where you can enjoy in complete tranquility that body of water that reflects the intense blue of the sky and a breathtaking view.
In the evening you can relax in front of an exquisite dinner based on typical Mediterranean dishes and enjoy the romantic sunset while sipping a good wine from our land.
