Holiday apartments with a Mediterranean atmosphere and a private sea-view veranda
The holiday apartments are part of a little holiday residence in Balestrate, a pretty seaside town on the Gulf of Castellammare.
The house consists of four completely independent holiday apartments, each accommodating between four and six people. Two of the apartments are on the ground floor and two are on the first floor. As each has its own entrance, they provide plenty of privacy and are therefore ideal for a holiday with the family or with acquainted couples. The apartments with a fresh blue or green décor are comfortably furnished and have a Mediterranean, relaxed atmosphere. They are equipped with wireless Internet access and can be partially air-conditioned (cool/warm).
The site has two driveways, each to one courtyard (the Blue and Green side). Each apartment has one parking space on the courtyards closed off by an automatic gate.
The owners are happy to assist with any queries, including assistance for renting cars, booking guided tours or choosing restaurants and bars.
The location of the holiday apartments is enviable, as it is about 650 metres to the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. are also about 650 metres from the apartment. The area is ideal for enjoying a beach holiday, especially with children, as the water is flatly shelved for several metres. It also has a wealth of historical and artistic places of interest. The beauty of the hilly landscape covered with Mediterranean macchia is also worth a special mention.
The approx. 100 m² flat is located on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 180 cm), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and an open living room with a sofa bed for two persons (170 x 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. The living area is equipped with air conditioning (extra charge, see additional costs) and a TV with DVBT reception. A cot is available on request.
Outside there is a furnished veranda. There is also a small grill.
