Azalo Country House is the ideal place for your stay in Noto and the capital of Sicilian Baroque.
We offer authentic and charming cottages and villas in a natural environment and immersed in the tranquility of the Noto countryside, all 1 km from Noto and 5 km from the Natural Reserve of Vendicari with its beaches Eloro, Marianelli, Calamosche.
Villa Mirto is the combination of our cottages Mandorlo & Ulivo consisting of a double bedroom on the ground floor and 2 another in the attic mezznine floor. It is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
It has a fully equipped private kitchen with dining table, two stone bathrooms with shower and bidet and a living room with sofa.
The Villa has been furnished with stylish furniture, equipped with powerful air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living areas to ensure comfort on hot summer nights, satellite TV and high-speed wifi complete the amenities.
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The outdoor area consists of two private terraces for breakfast and relax from which you can enjoy the view of the pool or the contryside with its olive, lemon, almonds trees.
A large shared swimming pool with solarium and relaxation areas complete the fantastic Azalo Country House experience.
Located only 1 km from Noto, Sicily and 6 km from the beaches of the natural reserve: Eloro, Marianelli, Calamosche, Vendicari.
Villa (2 separate units): Check-in possible from 16:00, payment by Credit/Debit Card online before arrival, end-of-stay cleaning, towels, bed linen, toiletries, check-out max. at 10:00 am, local assistance (Monday-Friday / 10-19).

- Adults only (+18 y.o.)
- Municipal tourist tax, not included.
- Mandatory online pre-arrival registration (approx. 7-14 days before Check-in)
- SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGES: to be prepared by payment card (credit / debit) before arrival, to guarantee damage and compliance with the rules.
- For bookings of more than 7 nights: a light mid-stay cleaning with change of towels and linen is provided as a courtesy (excluding Sundays).

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.

2. Personal Check-in will take place in the property. Keys will be delivered during Check-in.
3. All guests have to be identified with a valid ID or Passport. Online Registration is required before arrival.
4. Call the provided Contact Person min. 1 hour before the Arrival or when you leave Catania Airport
5. Standard Check IN is from 16:00 to 20:00. Late Check IN (from 20:00 to 22:00) has an extra charge of 40 Euros. No Check-in after 22:00.
6. Standard Check OUT is max at 10:00am. Late Check Out not available.
7. Security Deposit is taken only by Credit Card (no cash) before arrival and it will be refunded on the credit card after departure unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, ...)
8. Tourist Tax is not included.
