Positive: We arrived at Principe di Fitalia after a terrible experience at an Airbnb-equivalent apartment in Taormina, feeling jaded and disappointed. Santino, Mary, Maurizio, Michele, Roberta, Rosa, Vincenzo, and the entire team completely turned things around. Their genuine smiles, attentive service, and constant warmth transformed what started as a “lemon” of a trip into pure Limoncello. Syracuse itself is a wonderful destination — full of history, culture, and charm. It’s a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of Taormina, offering a chance to truly experience Sicilian life, people, and love. Amazing staff, amazing hospitality — they made our stay unforgettable.

Negative: We loved everything about this place — not a single complaint or negative word to offer.

Summary: They turned the “lemons” at the start of our trip into pure Limoncello — outstanding job!
