Rather than conventional luxury this villa offers warmth and Tuscan essence but with some eclectic touches in terms of decor and furnishings and essential amenities such as five air-conditioned bedrooms and private bathrooms. If privacy and uniqueness are important then this villa offers exactly that.
The owner has transformed the old stone farmhouse and its fully air-conditioned guest house into a colorful and fun villa using furniture collected from around the world, using bold colors that blend easily with the farm's heritage. The beamed ceilings and resin floors, along with Indian sofa beds and oriental cushions on the floor create a rather unconventional Tuscan villa that exudes coziness and tranquility. This atmosphere extends to the garden surrounding the house which descends to the pool terrace overlooking Monte Amiata, and includes some wonderful oaks, one that literally embraces the side of the farmhouse adding even more character and magic to the already beautiful building. Far from being a streamlined, contemporary villa, this quaint home is instead in tune with its surroundings and is full of rustic charm and elegance.
The main villa and separate air-conditioned guest house are located in total seclusion at the end of the villa's access road, but are just a few minutes drive from San Casciano dei Bagni, a famous spa town that offers everything you need and some delicious restaurants. It is also very well located for reaching timeless Tuscan cities, with Siena 45 minutes away by car and Florence around 1.5 hours away.
Three loggias around the kitchen with relaxation area with sofas and dining area for outdoor dining with table for 12 people. The romantic garden with centenary roses and oaks surrounds the property to reach the swimming pool, 12 x 6 m. The swimming pool is located about 50 m from the villa. There is also a vegetable garden where fresh organic products can be harvested.
