The property is located in one of the most beautiful and scenic spots of Sardina's North East Coast, right in front of the Islands of Tavolara and Molara - a wild life sanctuary and a vast protected marine national park, with your own private beach right downstairs.
The home itself has 2bedrooms and 1 bath with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with all cooking necessities; dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc...
Separate from the home is a guest cottage/studio. Just a few steps away from the main home, the large studio has a queen sized bed and its own private bath.
The villa is one of the first built in the area and it has since been remodeled and renovated, still retaining its pristine charm and amazing open views.
