Positive: Hotel has good food, efficient kitchen people, you could feel the staff very very strong when it comes to food preparation, servants, how tables are cleaned organized etc. Greetings to a pasta chef for his specialty pastas - the taste was excellent and you could feel local Italian people appreciating the taste too, not just tourists. Hotel has good potentia if they solve entertainmentl to become great due to large swimming pool and facilities.

Negative: Animators. No English language. They were focus on the adult show really and kids season was just some 10 min dance sessions with little engagement and fun for the kids. Other program was not clear what and when they are doing with kids. Basically if 20-40 percent of hotel guests who are non Italian did not know what animators do and when, there is no clear schedule, no communication from reception they just direct you to ask animators, who are not keen to interact with non Italians mostly due to language barrier. 0 English, French or German programs for adults during the night event - not even a single word in English during the night events.
