Positive: The house is great. Very clean and just as the pictures described. We had a car, and so the location to the nearby castle, Gardaland, and aquardens was fantastic. There's a Lidl right across the street which was nice.

Negative: The company managing the booking made things feel a bit stressful. Small things like: - emailing me to my personal email, sending me a Whatsapp message and reaching out through booking all about the same topic (which we're not emergencies) - having an employee (she was very kind) come over during our busy schedule to have us sign a document in Italian without having a version in English.... We know the general idea of what the document is now, but we signed without being able to read the details. - having multiple fines listed if things weren't done correctly. The most annoying one was: in their booklet, they state that we should take pictures of things in the apartment that are broken within the first 24hrs of arrival or we would be charged for them. So I found myself taking pictures of things I noticed were broken and feeling like I was causing the previous visitors to have to pay a fine. - not providing enough amenities- they gave us exactly one trash bag per day, no washing machine soap so we had to buy our own. - checkout at 9am (which I knew when I booked). But a fine if you were just passed 9am.. As one off's these things are not a big deal, but they begin to accumulate and you no longer feel like a guest... You feel like they're just trying to make money off of you. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
