From there, you will enter the upper floor, where a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room await you, along with a guest toilet. The living room is an actual space of conviviality, offering breathtaking views of the sea. You can also enjoy a sizeable wooden terrasse and an electric BBQ for unforgettable moments of relaxation.
A staircase will lead you down to the intermediate floor, where you will find four bedrooms, including a master suite with a large desk, two large bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and another bedroom with a private bathroom. Each room offers a sea view, thanks to the gallery that runs alongside them. A laundry room is also available on this floor.
Descending another staircase, you will reach the garden level, where you will find another studio bedroom with a bathroom, as well as a summer kitchen that can be used as a workspace for up to 10 people, a sauna, a shower and a toilet, a foosball table and a dartboard.
