Positive: The location is fantastic. - The villa is cozy and luxurious at the same time, which only happens when you're relaxing in a house built for yourself, not for tourists. - Maximum privacy, security, and quiet. The property is located within a gated community with its own additional fence. - And above all, the view. A beautiful, wide panorama of the sea and islands, as the property is situated on a slope just below the peak of a mountain. Sometimes you don't even want to go to the beach. And all the best beaches in the north of the island are no more than a 20-minute drive away. - And for dessert, the garden. When dusk falls and you turn on the lights, it's simply magical. The fact that it's spotlessly clean and the villa is equipped with everything you need is a given in this class of property. However, Sonia's hospitality and kindness are a bonus. After several years of going to Sardinia, we have finally found a place to which we will return.
