Villa Varenne is located next to the seafront of Marina di Pietrasanta, in a quiet area together with other villas, nestled in the pine trees and greenery. Completely fenced, this area boasts two private entrances with automatic gates: one on the sea side, and the other on the internal road side.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, and boasts a private parking area for 4 cars (2 covered and 2 uncovered places).
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a round-shaped pool (about 50 m2), open from June to September, and equipped with sunbeds and trampoline.
Under the patio there is a small barbecue, and a dining table for 10 people, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.

Also on this floor there are 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), and a bathroom with shower and double sink.
First floor: The upper floor - that can be reached by climbing some stairs - houses 2 bedrooms (one twin and one double), and a bathroom with shower.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Internet Wifi; water consumption; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); gas and electricity according to consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150.00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
