From the panoramic terrace, going through a very bright glass door, you can enter an open plan room that benefits from the same brightness as the exteriors also thanks to the furniture: a laminated, light wooden ceiling matches the furniture also in precious light wood and embellished with simple indigo blue elements that recall the marine element. In fact, this open space has a living area with two comfortable sofas, a table in front of it with a panoramic view and a fully equipped kitchen. To complete the floor, a complete bathroom furnished in a typical marine style.
On the lower floor, accessible through a comfortable internal staircase, there is the sleeping area consisting of a patronal bedroom furnished in a simple and familiar style, and one with two single beds. Both rooms overlook a small garden enclosed by a well-kept fence which gives them great brightness. The sleeping area also includes another single bedroom. This floor is also equipped with a complete bathroom.
