Villa Sirena is a villa with private pool in Le Marche region, a few
kilometers from the Adriatic coast and from the historic center of
Pesaro. The structure is equipped with every comfort and surrounded by
a large garden of 4000 square meters full of old trees with equipped
areas for al fresco dining and relaxing. Protected by thick vegetation,
the swimming pool with adjoining gazebo is perfect to enjoy hot summer
days. The villa is divided into two living units, one of which is
reserved for the house keeper, who is at the guests’complete disposal
without compromising their privacy. Garden and swimming pool are for
exclusive use. The property is completely fenced.
The villa is on the first floor reached via an external staircase. It
consists of a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area, living
room with fireplace, two double sofa beds and direct access to the
panoramic terrace. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with French
bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tub and one with
shower. Each bedroom has it own terrace. In the basement there is a
fitness room and sauna.
