Totally fenced, the property boasts a private garden with lawn, brickwork barbecue, sdraio and outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day of sun and sea.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a covered patio equipped with a sofa, and a dining table for 4 people, perfect for alfresco lunches/dinners.
On the first floor of the villa there aree both a balcony and a beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped with parasol, coffee table and some seats.

Then there is a small modern kitchen, equipped with: oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and kettle.
You will also find a double bedroom and a single bedroom.
A bathroom with shower makes the rest of the floor.
First floor: The first floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, consists of a sitting room with sofa, and direct access to the romantic terrace with sea view. Following is a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
Attic floor: The attic on the top floor houses a spacious double bedroom with sofa, chest of drawers, and low-sloped ceiling.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water and gas except electricity).
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (380,00€); electricity according to consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0,50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150,00€) is also requested, and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
