Located in a quiet residential area in Trapani on the western coast of Sicily, Villa Nerissa is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool. The lovely sandy beach of Marausa Lido is just a few minutes’ drive away and nature and sports lovers will enjoy the biking trails, trekking and birdwatching in the area.

The villa is composed of a 200 square meter main house which develops over one level.
