The house has a lot of character, with high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework. The cottage is composed of: On the ground floor: - Kitchen with 2 tables and 12 chairs, fitted kitchen with 3 induction burners, hood, SMEG refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker
Nespresso pods. - Laundry room with plenty of storage space, freezer, washing machine and dryer. - Living room with 2 quality sofas, flat screen TV, ornamental fireplace and wood stove. - Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 160x200cm, cupboards, desk and ornamental fireplace. - Bathroom with 120x80cm walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail, WC, lighting mirror and storage column. On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 160x200cm with four posters and wardrobe. - Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 180x200cm and chest of drawers. This through bedroom allows access to 2 other bedrooms. - Bedroom 4 with 1 double bed 180x200cm, storage under the stairs, baby bed and dressing room. This through bedroom allows access to dormitory 1 and the upstairs bathroom. - Bathroom with low-height bathtub (easy access) and large width, sink, heated towel rack, walk-in shower with thermostat 180x90cm and WC. On the 2nd floor: - Dormitory 1 with 4 90x200cm beds and dressing rooms. - Dormitory 2 with 3 90x200cm beds and dressing room. Large garden of approximately 1500 m2 with trees with field of olive trees and beautiful terrace of 225 m2 shaded by plane trees, covered terrace with garden furniture and brazier. 3x4m swimming pool, depth 1.3m, accessible from mid-June to the end of September. All included: reversible air conditioning (throughout the house), wood, end-of-stay cleaning, wifi, sheets and towels. Animals accepted free of charge under conditions: no categorized dogs.
