Villa Mary is located in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast, just 1 km from the sea.
Once through the automatic gate you access the property characterized by a large private garden (700 sqm) with lawn, trees and flowers.
Within the garden you will find a beautiful pool (6 x 10 m), equipped with an outdoor shower and diving board. Next to the pool is a gas barbecue, and a lounge area with parasol and sofa, ideal for relaxing after a swim.
Guests also have access to a terrace with dining area, and a parking for 1-2 cars.

Villa Mary, internally furnished in a modern and elegant style, is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Following you will find a modern-fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen leads directly to a lovely-furnished veranda with sofa and breakfast table.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
First floor: The top floor comprises 3 double bedrooms with wardrobe and balcony, and 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub).
Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (gas, water, electricity); bed linen and towels; weekly linen change; 2 light cleanings per week; house and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Extra cleaning (15.00€/hour); extra change of bed linen and towels (90.00€); heating on consumption in the winter months. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.000,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
