The Space:
Upon entering the villa through the kitchen, a cozy space with tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and waxed concrete, the aim is to seamlessly blend the old and the new into a contemporary and functional whole. Moving on, you step into the dining room, opening up to the lounge featuring a beautiful fireplace and an ancient bread oven. The first bedroom and bathroom are also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, you'll find four additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The last two bedrooms are situated in the annex, directly accessible from the main building. This villa boasts a total living area of 450 m²:

Near the pool, a playground is set up for the children. A ping-pong table is also available. Private parking on the premises and an electric car charging point are available upon request.
