The villa has a large private gated garden of over 1500 sqm. the electric gate give access to the parking place good of 2 or 3 regular cars. The large garden is perfectly maintained with pine trees, there are garden furniture such as table chars barbecue where to enjoy al fresco meal. Externally is also present a bathroom with shower.
On its interiors, we have living room with table chairs fireplace and sofa, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher. Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are the other 3 bedrooms one double, one with two single beds and the third with bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom with shower the floor has also some terraces accessed by some of the bedrooms.

Security deposit: € 600 that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
