The villa is located on a cliff with a breathtaking panoramic view of the gulf of Costa Paradiso and Corsica. Ideal for those who love to stay in front of the sea, in total tranquility and relaxation. The entrance to the path to the beach of Li Cossi can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from the house. The swimming pool is available to guests to cool off and enjoy the view of Costa Paradiso. The furnishings of the house reflect the colors of the sea and the surrounding nature.
Our villa has been furnished and designed to offer a unique seaside stay experience and reflects the surrounding nature with its light and natural colors, offering guests an immediate sensation of freshness, brightness and elegance.
All the furniture in each room is completely new. The kitchen has an induction hob and dishwasher, the living room has a dining table with 4 chairs and a practical and comfortable sofa bed; there is another table with 6 chairs outside to have lunch or dinner outdoors with a breathtaking view of the coast enjoying the unique sunsets of Costa Paradiso.
One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with window (with shower) as well as a small private veranda to enjoy breakfast with a sea view in maximum privacy.
The second bedroom has two single beds pushed together to make the holiday ideal for a family. There is also a second bathroom with window (with shower).
At the back of the house there is an outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the beach or the pool, and a convenient washing machine room with clothes horse.
Guests also have access to a large swimming pool shared with the other residential units of the residence, in an elevated position on the cliff to relax and cool off while enjoying the panoramic view of the gulf of Costa Paradiso. The swimming pool is open from May 15 to October 15.
The house, the 3 outdoor verandas are for the exclusive use of the guest. The swimming pool is shared with the other villas of the residence.
The villa can be reached from the parking lot for the exclusive use of the residence via a few steps. About 15 minutes on foot you can reach the various shops in the center of Costa Paradiso (bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, clothes shops, fishmonger, butcher, baker, etc.), the small port for docking and renting dinghies, and the enchanting path to the beach of Li Cossi (about 15 minutes on foot), nestled between the granite rocks and unique for its position, the surrounding landscape and the colors of the sea.
