The veranda is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or carefree barbecue evenings in the mild Mediterranean evening air.
As already mentioned, the terrace with its breakfast table and porch swing is perfect for dozing in the shade or reading a book. At the front of the house, there is a basketball hoop to try out shots.
The real added value of the property, however, is certainly the cooling blue water of the private pool with pool lighting (open in the period 01.04. - 31.10. Measurements: 10x5mt, 1.40mt deep). Surrounded by a lawn and patio with a parasol, sun loungers, and a small gazebo, you can also enjoy summer night swimming here.
