Located in a protected natural area, surrounded by nature and very quiet, you can here recharge your batteries and spend pleasant moments of relaxation, while being located near the city center of Cannes.
You will have an access to the full Villa, including the Swimming Pool and the two terraces, which offer a breathtaking View on the Bay.
You can also enjoy inside the Villa a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a coffee machine with grinder, a microwave as well as all its cooking accessories.
Each of the four bedrooms that make up the Villa is equipped with a double bed, a flat-screen LED TV, reversible air conditioning, as well as a dressing room.
The Villa also includes a living/dining room, as well as two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub.
Guest access:
We offer you two different ways to complete the Check-in process, so that we will be able to welcome you to the Villa anytime, even in the case of a late Check-in or a last minute Booking.
If the Booking is planned at least 1 day before you arrival, our manager Sebastien will be delighted to welcome you to the Villa, and will give you all the informations you need.
In unusual and very rare situation, like a very late Check-in or a last minute Booking, our manager might be unavailable for a Check-in.

Partying in the Villa:
We allow small party and events in the Villa, with a maximum of 15 Guests.
Please note that after the party, 9 Guests are allowed to sleep in the Villa, which is the maximum bedding capacity.
Congress and Professional event:
The Villa is available for every king of congress in Cannes, for professional also.
We are eligible to the "Business Ready" label of the platform, which mean that we offer a large range of professional amenities, such as a Wifi high-speed internet connection available in all areas of the Villa, essentials, Iron, hangers, hair dryer, shampoo and laptop friendly workspace.

Please note that the Swimming Pool is unavailable from October to the beginning of March.
Since it's located in an outside area of the house and not heated, the pool will be covered during the Autumn and Winter Season.
