The development is accessed by a security gate with entry phone system and each unit has a small parking lot. A common pool is also on site. Ground Floor – Open plan kitchen\living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom with terrace, a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, bidet and washing machine. There is also a terrace to the front of the property with amazing views over the coast, highlighted with Tropea in the distance. First floor: Bedroom 1 with with bunk beds (phone Number Hidden) and a closet, Master bedroom with double bed 160 x 190 and two closets, both rooms each have a balcony. A small bathroom with shower and toilet. Roof: Sun terrace with sun loungers and shower. There is outdoor kitchen with sink, gas stove and gas barbecue and dining area. You are treated to a stunning view of the mountains and the sea with Stromboli in the distance. Please remember that this property is located on a condominium so it is important to respect the rules and also the privacy of other guests and residents. You are more than welcome to enjoy all the communal areas as if this property was your own. As usual common sense, will always apply. This property is managed by a professional management company who will provide assistance through your stay. We also provide an information point should you require information on local excursions and also provide an emergency number in the case of accidents or injury. Zambrone is one of the most beautiful areas in Calabria, and has successfully preserved its 16th century features, offering both historical and architectural delights. It overlooks a crystal clear blue sea with a magnificent white sandy beach and impressive rock formations.
