On the ground floor is a living room with a fireplace, sofa, two armchairs, a large dining table that can accommodate the entire group, and a fully equipped kitchenette (gas hob, electric oven, kettle, espresso and filter coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine), as well as a bathroom with a shower.
