Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Huge three storey villa with four different sub-aparments. The house was built long time ago clearly, but it is well maintained. All rooms are very spatious and there are plenty of bathrooms. The outside is also fantastic: it has a really nice swimming pool, a large garden, a tennis court (although very run down and not useable), barbecue set, ping pong table. The landlord was very responsive, patient and helpful. They were also very accommodating to arrange both the check-in and check-out time. The location of the property is great too: around 35 min to Catania airport with no traffic, and 45-50 min with traffic.

Negative: Just to mention a couple of minor details: Firstly, there were a couple of bathrooms with bad smell which we noticed especially on the first day; we believe it came from the pipes as some of them didn't drain properly. Secondly, the decoration varied significantly from one space to the next, with some areas displaying very simple furniture and others getting a more baroque, classical decoration.
