The villa (560 sq. m) consists of two apartments.
In the green area surrounding the villa, there is the private swimming pool (22x4m and 6x4m for the covered part; depth 1,4 m; with hydro-massage and shower in the covered part) using a special purifying system
with sodium chloride. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows and it has a spacious room (140 sq. m) with private bathroom for yoga practice, dressing room and washer (150m from the property), table tennis and badminton court.
