The area offers many activities and lovely beaches alongside the Costa Esmeralda. The villa is part of a complex of exclusive villas with easy access to the beach (2.5 km).

The modern and newly furnished villa (110 sq.m) offers a living room with sofa beds, dining table and direct access to the terrace via large doors, separate kitchen. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is one extra guest bathroom with toilet and sink and a laundry room.

We access the outside from the living room which leads to the covered porch, furnished for al-fresco dining, and the private swimming pool (8 x 4m; 1.2m - 1.8m) area with sun lounges, that offers beautiful views over the bay of Cala di Volpe.
