The property is just a few steps away from a small inlet with a rocky beach, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea and to explore the nearby areas, such as the island of Lachea (reachable by boat), the park of Mount Etna and the well-known cities of Acireale, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse.

The annex (40 sqm) is in a secluded part of the park, and it develops over two floors. Its cosy interiors are furnished with taste, with all modern comforts and it boasts a terrace (50sqm) and a private garden (500sqm). On the ground floor there is one living room, one bathroom with shower and a kitchenette (2 Stove burners type gas, fridge, freezer, and toaster) and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor (in the loft) there is one double bedroom and one bathroom with toilet and sink.
