Positive: Great location for two adults and two kids (aged 4&6), small garden to play in and grounds with a friendly dog and ponies, so kids loved these. The main house is next to the rental place and the owners friendly. We drove and came across on the ferry. Was a good base to explore Elba. We climbed Mt Capenne one day and another spent it on the beach and nearby coastal walk in Marina de Campo.
