Villa La Timpa è un'antica e maestosa villa che gode di una meravigliosa vista sull'Etna e
l'omonima riserva naturale il cui promontorio è caratterizzato da rocce vulcaniche e numerose
faglie dove cresce una fitta vegetazione.
La villa la Timpa si sviluppa su tre piani, ognuno dei quali è circondato da ampissimi spazi esterni da
che puoi vedere sia la montagna che il mare. L'esterno del piano terra è
caratterizzata da un ampio patio con vasca idromassaggio privata dove potersi rilassare durante le calde
giornate estive, bevendo un bicchiere di vino e godendosi la vista sul mare come se foste su una nave.
Interni: La villa si sviluppa su tre piani. Al piano terra c'è un'antica cucina Siciliana, una caratteristica cantina, un bagno e due ampi soggiorni con tavolo da biliardo. Il piano superiore, collegato da una grande scala in legno, è composto da una moderna cucina ben attrezzata con una grande zona pranzo, tre ampie camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, una camera doppia con aria condizionata e due bagni. Il terzo piano è composto da una cucina, una camera con letto alla francese, due camere matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia e una lavanderia
Esterno: Villa La Timpa è circondata da terrazze molto spaziose. La prima terrazza, vicino alla cucina del primo piano, offre una zona pranzo esterna e una vista spettacolare sull'Etna (con un po di fortuna puoi vedere le eruzioni notturne!). Le altre due terrazze invece hanno una splendida vista sul mare; quella al piano terra ha un grande patio con zona pranzo esterna, lettini e una grande vasca idromassaggio.
