We are located in Trabia, a delightful little town in the province of Palermo. The house is just a few meters from the little beach in front of the small marina of Trabia.
The pleasure of reaching the sea without having to use the car, we are 30 meters from the beach, will make you fully enjoy your vacation.
The small beach is free and can be used free of charge.
The Skyline enjoyed by bathing or sunbathing is enriched by the view of the prestigious castle of Trabia, which belonged to the Lanza family and is now privately owned.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE
You will have at your disposal a large living room, with a dining area a relaxation area and a work area, equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer, electric water heater, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two bedrooms, one double and one twin.
