Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: - The host-girl met us very friendly. Communication with her before arrival was easy. - Apartment was well equipped. - Free parking lot right in front of the building.

Negative: - WIFI was not working. We didn’t bother to fix it or call the host, as we only stayed for a short night. - It was a bit fresh, considering cold evenings and nights in mid October. Heaters were on, but didn’t make the place really warmer. - As mentioned in previous reviews, shower still needs a lot of attention. Water pressure is very low because of the broken shower hose, which definitely needs to be replaced. Same situation with shower doors, it wasn’t easy at all to close them and prevent water getting on the floor. - The apartment is not well isolated, so be prepared to listen to the neighbors’ conversations or loud fights in the night… - Bed was very squeaky, and neighboring dogs were barking from time to time during the night.

Summary: I can not say this place was a good choice for our overnight in Parma.
