Summary: First, the location of this apartment is perfect. Walking distance to everything and a nice neighborhood feel with lots of very nice restaurants and shops, and we felt safe. Wifi was dependable. Check-in was smooth and communication with the owner and staff was excellent. The apartment itself, though needs a lot of work. Paint peeling, dirty, run-down furniture, faucets dripping, refrigerator not working, freezer needs defrosting, kettle not working, holes in sheets, extremely thin mattresses. There are actually two separate apartments, which we didn’t expect. From the listing, this appears as one apartment with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. In reality, it’s one building with multiple apartments. Altogether, it’s an A+ for location and check-in, but I have to rate as poor for the apartment itself.
