Positive: Relatively close to the airport 30mins walk. 1 min walk to the bus stop (line 6) which takes you to the center in 20-30 minutes. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, perfect for up to 6 adult people. A few pizzerias around. The owner and staff were very forthcoming.

Summary: A great base for trips around Lombardia region.
