Summary: Great location with easy check-in and an extremely responsive host. The self check-in process made arrival simple and stress-free. The building, a charming historic property with an elevator and a beautiful marble staircase, added to the experience. The apartment included all the promised amenities, like fresh towels, toiletries and an hairdryer. The complimentary water in the fridge was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated after a long journey. The bed was very comfortable with crisp, clean linens, though some of the furniture showed minor wear. Overall, an excellent value for the location and the spacious, well-appointed bathroom. Would happily stay again!

Summary: The apartment was quite nice. The a/c was a great addition. The apartment was very roomy and quiet comfortable. Walking up the stairs was a bit if a challenge, so if you have big luggage think twice. Outside at night feels a bit dodgy. Would be excellent with a bit more human one on one interaction

Summary: The apartment was spacious and the checkin was quick and easy. However, the "air condition" almost did not work. We had it at the coolest setting, but the room stayed at 27 degrees Celsius throughout the night. When I contacted the owner, he tried to help to solve the problem, but we concluded that since it is a fancoil and not real AC, he was unable to help. It couldn’t get colder.
Also, the apartments was in a really old building with a sketchy elevator.
Except from that, the apartment itself was nice.

Summary: Central location, clear check-in instructions and very responsive host. The self check-in was convenient. Building has an elevator and it is a historical building with marble staircase. Property had the amenities as described as clean towels, toiletries, hair drier, safety deposit box, hangers and wine and prosecco glasses. The hosts were nice enough to leave some complimentary water and prosecco in the fridge, which was a welcome treat after a long day of travel. The bed was very comfortable with spotless sheets but the desk and some furniture showed light signs of aging. Overall great value for the location and the spacious bathroom. Would stay again!

Summary: A good place for a short stay to visit Palermo. A lot of free carpark places nearby, I was lucky to get a spot right in front of the entrance door :) 10-minute walk from the main city center, however it's good to wander around since it's a very Palermo real-spirit zone with a lot of cheap, tasty food and coffee options. The room is modern with perfect mattress and spacious bathroom. The only drawback is that it's not soundproof - you hear everyone walking in the corridor as well as other Guests watching things on their phones or TV. Nevertheless, I would come back :) Thanks!

Summary: The design and interior was lovely. The place was a little dusty and was disappointed that i couldn't open the balcony shutters as it was locked with a chain. There was also some mildew in the shower. I also asked for an extra blanket because I was cold and didn't want to sleep with the heating on to avoid getting sick, but I didn't get a response back or a blanket

Summary: During our stay, there was a building-wide power outage. The problem wasn’t the power outage itself, that stuff happens, but the fact that there was no longer a way out of the building. To get into the room, you need to use a key card three times, once at the front door, once at the floor level, and once at your room. We were already inside. If we hadn’t been, we would have had no way in. The main problem is that we had no way out. Our room door and floor door, we could exit with a manual switch. The main front door had no manual way to exit. We were trapped inside. This is very dangerous and needs to be rectified for future guests. The power was out for 2.5 hours, in which we couldn’t leave. You need to have battery back-up for those door readers AND you need a way to exit the building. That’s a huge fire hazard.
The room itself was very nice, but I can’t overlook the safety issue.

Summary: We arrived after dark via the airport shuttle bus, coming from stays in Bologna and Venice, and upon the very first impression, the neighborhood by the bus terminal and train station felt a bit worn and slightly sketchy. But once we got into the room, which felt comfortable and grand at the same time due to the sheer volume of space (I don’t know how high the ceilings are, but it felt like 20 feet) and got onto the Wi-Fi, we found a great local restaurant and had a wonderful dinner. The property was very convenient to the main attractions of Palermo, and the staff was very accommodating.
