In one of the most beautiful places in eastern Sicily called "PLEMMIRIO" is located our villa, which is about 300 meters from the sea, reachable on foot in 5 meters. The structure of 140 square meters portion of a trif with independent entrance is fully furnished, air conditioned and complete with dishes, washing machine and anything else necessary for a relaxing holiday. The house that can accommodate 6 to 8 people is divided as follows: 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a balcony overlooking the sea, large bathroom with tub and terrace, living room on the ground floor, another bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower , round verandas complete with garden tables and chairs and also parking spaces on the property and about 800 square meters of garden with shower and barbecue for splendid barbecues. At about 300 meters from the house there are mini-market, pizza restaurant and bus service to and from the beautiful city of Syracuse full of art and history such as the Greek theater, the ear of Dionysus, the characteristic island of Ortigia where to find the true Siracusan jewel full of historical notes including the beautiful Aretusa spring and the Maniace Castle. Furthermore, the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ispica and Ragusa, UNESCO heritage sites, are easily reachable, as well as the renowned tourist resorts such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos and Letojanni which are located north of Catania. Last but not least, an excursion to Etna, often visible from Syracuse and the Pantalica Necropolis. Rents are generally weekly and always go from Saturday to Saturday, electricity, water, gas, climate and final cleaning are included in the price which is quantified based on the chosen period and the number of people.
N: B: Upon delivery of the keys a deposit of Eur 200 is required which will be returned on departure after checking for any damage caused to the property.
