Positive: I liked: - self checkin/checkout procedure - apartment in general - i appreciate fast communication with host via whatsapp - spa with pool in the same building easily accessible
Negative: - communication via Booking - i get automated messages even if i had different questions. I did not like that majority of communication activity was happenning outside of booking chat on independent link. - apartment was not cleaned up when we arrive. We came after 6pm (and checkin was possible from already 3pm), but the apartment was not clean. I immediately contacted the host and it was resolved ASAP but stillnot a pleasant experience, since we had little time to enjoy spa and then we went to the city since the cleaning lady was still present when we came back from spa. - condition of Spa - out of maybe 7 saunas/rooms, only 2 saunas were working, we were able to turn on the third one but other ones were not functional. I have to say that we did not feel very comfy in spa since many spots were degrading quite a lot and would need a renovation to be comfy for the guests.
