The house descends from a larger country building from the early 1900s of which over the years, due to various readjustments, traces have been lost.
Today it is a house of about 90 square meters, recently renovated with elements of modernity, respectful of the original construction features which, among other things, included floors made of wooden beams mixed with bricks and roofs embellished with plaster vaults and cornices, still partially today appreciable.
A large and welcoming common area distinguished between kitchen, dining room and living room develops along the central axis of the house; three opposite balconies, two of which with exposure on the central via Dante, give pleasant brightness to the apartment.
On the sides of the living room there are the openings for the two bedrooms: a double bedroom with wardrobes and study separated from the bedroom area; a single room also equipped with a desk as well as its own wardrobe. The large sofa in the living room then, if necessary, can be opened to bed to disengage two further very comfortable beds.
A renovated bathroom with shower and the anti-bathroom room used as a laundry complete the spaces of the house, designed to offer our guests the best of hospitality and comforts that we have been able to imagine.
Ideal for families and groups of friends.
Baby cot and other early childhood services are available for hire upon advance request when booking.
Guests can use the whole house and all the services and accessories supplied with it.
They can also count in a surrounding environment full of very affable and friendly people whom we love so much.
We love animals but we do not have the adequate spaces and services to treat them well as they should. This is why we cannot accommodate pets in the house.
It is not possible to smoke in the house or light candles. We will provide you with flashlights.
