Newly built sea view villa, set on two levels, ground floor and low floor, with beautiful sea view on the back patio, in a new and quiet area of the fabulous Torre Pali resort in the Marina di Salve at about 1100 meters from the only sand beaches end of the area, with equipped and free shores.
The owners have made bicycles available free of charge for those wishing to leave the car.
It is composed, on the ground floor, by a lovely dining room with kitchenette, sofa bed of n. 1 place, air conditioning, nice front patio covered with gazebo and equipped with table and chairs, internal parking for cars, back patio, also covered by a gazebo and equipped with table, chairs and beautiful sea view.
Downstairs, which is accessed both internally from the dining room and externally from the rear patio, via stairs, we find n. 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets (with normal height windows as in the photo), one of which is a double with foldaway bed and one double, bathroom with shower, another back space covered by a gazebo and equipped with table, chairs, commercial barbecue, washing machine and another outdoor shower (closed) with 2nd toilet and service sink.
