Positive: A beautiful property in a stunning location. The house had everything you could need. The owners live next door but weren’t at all intrusive and were quick to reply to any queries. The interior and exterior were really clean and beautifully decorated. You definitely need a car as it is a 30 minute walk into the town, where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We used it as a base to visit Taormina (30 minute drive away) and a tour of Mount Etna. The pool isn’t big but is the perfect way to cool off and you will never get bored or looking at Mount Etna! We were sad to leave.
