Positive: This is the 4th time we have stayed here - it is wonderful. Staff couldn't be any better, so kind and helpful. From the lovely lady who continually changed our towels, the gentleman that also went round the rooms and was sometimes in reception - so helpful. We asked about a bus time and he literally ran round to the bus stop to get the times for us. The ladies on reception always helpful and kind. Great location for the little town, beach, restaurants and cafe bars. Grossetto de Marina, our apartments, the locals - it is a little slice of heaven x

Negative: Nothing really.
